Ari Garner and Madelon Leiphardt shared the setting duties in the Pasadena match. Waddell had 10 kills, Anderson six and Kearney, Rachel Bower and Jasmine Ward each had five. Gover praised the defense and passing of Young, the Vaqueros’ freshman libero who collected 17 digs.
